Become a Net Control Station (NCS)

Every LARK net is conducted by a Net Control Station (NCS). Operators are encouraged to volunteer as Net Control to gain valuable operating experience and develop leadership skills within the amateur radio community.

Please be patient and supportive of newer Net Control operators as they learn the role. Today's participant may become tomorrow's Net Control.

Interested in becoming an NCS?
Contact Ed Diemer, AE6D, for additional information and training opportunities.

All Amateur Radio Operators Welcome

Whether you're a brand-new Technician, an experienced Extra Class operator, or simply interested in meeting local hams, LARK nets provide an excellent opportunity to get on the air, improve your skills, and connect with the amateur radio community throughout the Livermore Valley and Tri-Valley region.
